Answer: No, per the Tuxford Declaration of Protective Covenants and Mandatory Membership, section 4a.

Question: How many pool access cards does the Tuxford HOA issue?

Answer: Two pool access cards are issued per street address to Full Members in good standing.

Question: Can I obtain more than two pool access cards for my family to use?

Answer: Yes, up to two additional access cards can be purchased for $25 each. Pool access cards will not be issued until payment received.

Question: I lost my pool access card, how can I obtain a replacement?

Answer: Fill out the Pool Access Form located in the Pool section of the Tuxford website.

Question: I lost my pool access card. Is there a cost to replace it?

Answer: Yes there is a $25 cost to replace a lost pool access card. You can pay on the Tuxford website with credit card or by check made out to Tuxford HOA and dropped off to 230 Bryn Athyn Ct. The lost card will be deactivated.

Question: I found a pool access card, what should I do with it?

Answer: Please put the pool access card in the drop box located by the pool lifeguard office or the drop box located at 230 Bryn Athyn Court.

Question: May I loan my pool access card to people outside of my immediate family?

Answer: Pool access cards are for Tuxford Full Members in good standing only.

Question: I rent the property in Tuxford. Am I allowed to use the pool?

Answer: If the property owner is a Full Member in good standing and has filled out the House Rental Registration form per by-laws, you are allowed to use the pool. Fill out the Pool Access Form located in the Pool section of the Tuxford website.

Question: I sold my Tuxford home. What do I do with the pool access cards?

Answer: Bring the pool access cards to closing and turn in to CMA to avoid a $25 per card fee.

Question: What happens after I submit a pool access request?

Answer: Your request will be validated against the Tuxford Membership database to validate you are a Full Member. Then you will be contacted via email with instructions on where to pick up your pool access card using an access code for the electronic pick-up box.

Question: Once I receive the email to pick up my pool access cards, how long do I have to pick them up?

Answer: The pick-up lockbox code is valid for 24 hours. Please make sure to pick up your cards within 24 hours of notification.
