The board is requesting volunteers for the following committees:

 

By-Laws Committee - Responsible for a review of current Tuxford By-Laws and Covenants to determine if they are up-to-date and whether or not additions or deletions should be made.  Please remember that any changes to the By-Laws would need a community vote.

Website Committee - Responsible for reimagining the existing Tuxford Website.  This would include reviewing current contact information to ensure all neighbors have correct email addresses and phone numbers listed (if they wish to have them listed), as well as identifying potential enhancements that will make our website more interactive, useful, and user-friendly.

Clubhouse Operations Committee - Post-construction committee to deal with clubhouse rentals and upkeep.  We will post more on rental information (reservation/cleaning fees/deposits) as we get closer to a finish date.

Social Committee - The events hosted in the community throughout the year are not organized by the Board.  They are organized by a small group of awesome volunteers who want to see traditions continued.  These include school year kick-offs, 4th of July, Santa, Halloween, and other events you may have attended over the last few years.
