House Closing Confirmation




Thank you for beginning the Closing Confirmation process

Please be sure to follow the instructions both steps below, which are needed to ensure 
that a home's new owner receives their Association validation and information as quickly as possible.



Please fill out this form as STEP 1 in the process to let the Association know when a Tuxford home has sold and the closing date is scheduled. 

Electronic requests via this form allow for the Association to begin the process to validate membership status.



Be sure to complete the process with STEP 2: ALL Closing Documentation and requests MUST be submitted via Homewise www.homewisedocs.com in order to complete the closing process and for new homeowners to receive validation. 

Closing requests/submissions should be made at least 15 days prior to closing with all fields completed.
