It overlooks the pool and is about 100 yards from the beautiful beach. It is on the third floor of an elevator building. There is covered parking under the building.
Our condo includes TV with cable in living room and all three bedrooms, with DVD’S in the living room and twin bed room A screened-in balcony off living room make a perfect place for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A second balcony off the master bedroom provides great view as well as a spot to enjoy the sun. The master and second bedrooms have queen-size beds, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The condo also includes a private laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and a screened entrance porch for housing your beach gear. It has a large skylight providing sunlit comfort.
Pelican’s Landing offers two pools, one of which is ocean-front, and another, which is heated from May through September. It also offers grilling areas, a children’s playground, under-building parking, and convenient elevator access.
Pelican’s Landing is located on Shore Drive in a family-friendly area convenient to Highway 22, the new Conway by-pass. In less than three miles, you will find Tanger Outlets, a Super Wal-Mart, Kroger, Colonial Mall, and “Restaurant Row”. Also nearby are other major attractions including Broadway at the Beach, Nascar Park, Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede, and Barefoot Landing. Broadway at the Beach is an excellent place for the entire family with many popular restaurants and attractions including Hard Rock Café, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Ripley’s Aquarium, MaqiQuest, IMAX 3-D Theatre, and Pavillion Nostalgia Park. Spring/Fall: 70/night; 450/week (plus tax); 3 night min.
Winter: 50/night; 300/week (plus tax)
A deposit of $100 is required to confirm a reservation and will be applied to your rental charges. It is fully refundable with 2 or more weeks notice of cancellation based on your arrival date. With less than 2 weeks, 50% return, and no return with less than 1 week notice.
Renters should supply own linens and supplies and are expected to clean the unit upon departure.
